What if I run out of balance?
If auto top-up is on (recommended), your balance refills automatically. If it's off and your balance hits zero, your account pauses until you add funds.
Can I lower my spend cap?
Yes, to any amount you want. If you only want to spend $10/month, set your cap to $10. The platform fee still applies, so the minimum practical cap is $1.
Does my balance expire?
No. Your balance carries forward indefinitely. The monthly platform fee is the only recurring deduction.
How does pricing work under the hood?
AI providers charge us per "token" — roughly a word or piece of a word. The more context in your conversation, the more tokens involved. We pass that cost through to you with a margin that funds development and support. AI costs are generally denominated in USD; we convert to your billing currency using the latest exchange rates.
What about WhatsApp notifications?
If you haven't been active in a conversation for 24 hours, WhatsApp charges us to send you a notification (e.g. when an Autopilot run completes). That small cost is deducted from your balance like any other action.
Which currencies are supported?
When you sign up, you can choose your billing currency: USD, EUR, or CHF. All prices, balances, and charges are shown and billed in that currency.
Why not a flat subscription?
Most people spend well under $10/month. A flat subscription would overcharge the majority of users. Pay-as-you-go means you only pay for what you actually use.
